2024 AGM: You’re Invited!

Join us to celebrate the progress our community has made towards the development of new, permanently affordable, climate friendly housing in Huntsville!

On November 2nd at 3PM in the Algonquin Theatre's Partner's Hall, we'll be gathering with snacks and warm drinks to share our progress to date and our exciting plans for 2025.

Come prepared to share your feedback for what's most important to the Florence Street Project, meet our tremendous volunteers, and connect with fellow community members who are building a home grown solution to Muskoka's housing crisis.

Open Bond Consultations

Community bonds are a way for individuals to make a difference in Muskoka, and have supported the growth of projects like the Lake of Bays Renewable Energy Co-op and the Muskoka North Good Food Co-op...and that's just here at home!

Our friends at Places for PeopleOttawa Community Land Trust, and Kensington Market Community Land Trust have used community bonds to fund their ambitious non-profit housing projects with the support of the folks at Tapestry Community Capital, and we're exploring the feasibility of doing the same.

Join us on Tuesday, October 8th at 4PM or Tuesday, October 15th at 6PM to hear about the opportunity, as questions, and provide your feedback. We can't do this without you!
