MCLT Sends Delegation to Bracebridge Planning Committee

Suzanne Martineau, Christopher Jordan-Stevens, Ben Jardin, and Sandi Martin made a presentation to Bracebridge Town Council’s General Planning Committee about the MCLT’s alignment with the District of Muskoka housing and homelessness plan and the Town of Bracebridge Downtown Master Plan.

Councillors were introduced to what community land trusts are, how they work, their objectives and benefits, the local community need for perpetual affordability, and a proposal for potential development in the Town of Bracebridge on Town owned lands.
